Connect your Yelp business listing to monitor reviews and get AI-generated response suggestions.
Due to Yelp API restrictions, Voxenly can monitor your reviews and generate response suggestions, but responses must be posted manually on Yelp. We'll copy the response to your clipboard and open Yelp for you!
If your business isn't on Yelp yet, or you haven't claimed it, follow these steps:
Search for your business on Yelp. Many businesses are added by customers before owners claim them.
Search on YelpIf your business exists, click "Claim this business". If not, add it through Yelp for Business.

To connect your business to Voxenly, you need your Yelp Business ID (also called "alias").
Look at your Yelp business page URL:

If you haven't created one yet, click "Create Agent" and select "Review Manager".
Click the Settings tab in your Review Agent. Under "Platforms", find the Yelp connection option.
Click "Connect" next to Yelp. An input field will appear. Enter your Yelp Business ID (the part after /biz/ in your Yelp URL).
Voxenly will look up your business on Yelp. If found, you'll see your business name, rating, and review count. Click to confirm the connection.
We periodically check Yelp for new reviews on your business and notify you.
For each new review, our AI creates a personalized response based on your tone preferences.
Review the suggestion, edit if needed, then click to copy and open Yelp to post your response.
Double-check your Business ID. Make sure you're using exactly what appears after /biz/in your Yelp URL. The ID is case-sensitive and includes hyphens.
Each location has its own Yelp page and Business ID. You can create separate Review Agents for each location, or connect multiple locations to the same agent (coming soon).
Unfortunately, Yelp's API doesn't allow automated response posting. Voxenly will prepare the response for you to copy and post manually. This takes just seconds!
