Instagram requires a Business account connected to a Facebook Page. Follow these steps to get set up.
Meta only allows third-party apps to post to Instagram Business or Creator accounts that are linked to a Facebook Page. If you have a personal account, you'll need to convert it first.
You need a Facebook Page for your business. This is required even if you only want to post to Instagram.
Create Facebook PageOpen Instagram app → Profile → Settings → Account → Switch to professional account → Choose Business or Creator.
Instagram Help: Switch to BusinessDuring the business account setup, you'll be prompted to connect to a Facebook Page. If you skipped this, go to: Profile → Edit Profile → Page → Connect or create.
Instagram Help: Link to FacebookIn your Voxenly dashboard, go to your Social Agent → Settings → Click "Connect" next to Instagram. You'll be redirected to Facebook to authorize access. Select the Page that's linked to your Instagram.
